Welfare Officer

At The Flipper Club, we are dedicated to the safeguarding of our swimmers. Our Welfare Officer is the first point of contact for children, parents and adults within the swim school who have a child (or vulnerable adult) safeguarding or welfare concern.

Wavepower

As Swim England members, The Flipper Club adheres to and implements Swim England guidance for Safeguarding. Swim England’s Child Safeguarding Policy and Procedures document is called Wavepower. To download and read Wavepower click HERE.
